MAOR SARL, the sole managing general partner (associé gérant commandité) of Maor 1, SCSP is a registered sub-threshold alternative investment fund manager (gestionnaire de fonds d’investissement alternatif), having its registered office located at 9, Rue De Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy Of Luxembourg, incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg, registered under number B247914.

Maor SLP, SICAV-RAIF is a multiple compartments reserved alternative investment fund (fonds d’investissement alternatifs réservés (FIAR – RAIF) à compartiments multiples) incorporated under the form of a special limited partnership (Société En Commandite Spéciale) registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register (Registre Du Commerce et des Sociétés) under number B258576 who has launched its first Compartment, namely Maor SLP, SICAV-RAIF – Fund II (Maor II).
Amanco SA, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 247.914 and having its registered office located at 9, rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, has been designated to serve as alternative investment fund manager within the meaning of Chapter II of the AIFMD and Chapter 2 of the Luxembourg law investment fund managers, as amended from time to time (the “AIFM Law”) and the RAIF law, of Maor SLP, SICAV-RAIF.
